La Casa Valles

This project covers the first independent job as a licensed architect in Mexico as Jovani remodels the exterior and interior of a newly purchased home. Considerations were taken with respect to the needs of the new owner and best practices for use of space. The exterior redesign included newly built patios and finishings of doors, windows, and walls, and the interior remodel included adding extensions to the kitchen and modern finishings for the bedrooms, living area, and kitchen.
